"YOU/YOU'RE" and/or "THE CLIENT"  - Shall refer to you/the person considering or contacting me Via  Email, social media or the contact form provided below. 

"WE", "US", "OUR" "DAWN SKY FILMS Ltd", "(DSF)" or "ME" and "I"  referees to Me ( AJ. Lamb) and or any officially appointed member of DSF contracted by me on a freelance basis.

GENERAL: 

 

By Contacting us and using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the supervision and or permission of your Parent(s) or Guardian.  DSF does not knowingly engage in any business with persons that are under the age of  18 without the permission/supervision of a parent(s) or Guardian.

When contacting DSF, YOU acknowledge that your information such as your Name, Mobile or Home  phone number (If you provide us with one) and Address (If  provided) shall be stored by US in our contacts list, in our email provider  ( G-Mail)  

You agree that DSF and its official contractors shall NOT be held liable for any breach of privacy and or personal information that may be leaked through events and or mishaps with our email provider G-Mail (Google).

We, as DSF will not ever knowingly sell your information to any third parties.

 

We may contact you to notify you regarding your Project, to troubleshoot problems with your Project, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to send you updates about your project, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes, we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, social media private messaging, and postal mail.

Social Media: 

 

By contacting us through any Social Media platform, you agree and understand that DSF holds no responsibility for any breach of your private and personal information and that you shall not defame or look to injunct AJ. Lamb/ DSF or any Past current or future projects carried out by him.

DSF may connect/"Follow" you on your social media handles and contact you through these channels, in order to help connect and promote You and or any project that you are involved in with DSF / AJ. Lamb. 

If for any reason you require specific holdbacks or NDA's on the material, please make sure you make us aware of these requirements before Principal Photography Stars and we will adhere to them to the best of our ability. We are unfortunately Unable to entre into agreements when the duration of the NDA is indefinite or more than 1 year.

What information we collect, and how we use it:

DSF/ AJ. Lamb Collects Personally Identifying Information Listed below when you visit the site: 

When contacting us, we will collect the information that you provide us with such as: 

• Your Name (We take the name you provide us with to be your legal name unless otherwise stated by you) 

• Your Phone Number, home or mobile

• Your Email Address 

• Your Home or designated Physical Address 

• Your Social Media Handles and/or online contact details.

We collect such Personal Information for the following purposes:

1. To provide and operate the Services;

2. To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and support;

3. To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalized service-related notices.

4. To comply with any applicable laws and regulations.

The Information we collect will be used to help Us Contact you before and during any and all projects that you are involved in with DSF in order to ensure good communication and clarity between all concerned parties. This information includes Your Name, Email, Phone number, and online contact and social media handles.

We do not send Promotional Material Via Email to any of our visitors or clients without prior notice. Promotional Material can be found on our social media handles and website.  By "Following" us on any of our social Media Handles, you Acknowledge that you may see promotional or advertising material posted by us on our pages.

Information Storage:  

We store the information we collect from you in a number of ways listed below: 

1. Digitally on servers such as our website hosts "Wix's Servers", hard drives, And devices including mobile devices used on computers or devices with Firewall services. 

2. Physically, on printed documents such as contracts, invoices and production documents. 

3. On our social media and email providers who have their own privacy policy and information on how they collect and store data which is not covered by DSF terms and conditions and Privacy policy. 

  

Please note that we will keep your information with us, after the completion of our projects, in order to enable us to contact you in the future for projects that we would like to work with you again on or for reason stated above under "Contacting US"

Copies of official correspondence, Contracts, and Invoices and Bills are kept as permanent records by DSF however these records shall only be used for Tax, and payment processing, and in the event of any legal dispute. 

In the case of any legal dispute, should we fail to reach you through the official channels we may use the contact information contained in any contracts, correspondence, or invoices to reach you and can include any name, phone number, Email, physical address or social media handles listed on these documents. 

 

These documents may be kept for a minimum of 8 years.

We may contact you to ask for your physical address in order for us to send you materials such as Film Posters, or award certificates and trophies, should it be needed.

Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy Update: 

 

AJ. Lamb / DSF reserves the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it. 

 

Questions and Deleting Your Information:

If you would like to: access, correct, amend or delete any personal information we have about you, you are invited to contact us at info.dawnskyfilms@gmail.com

At any time you may contact us to request that we DELETE YOUR INFORMATION by emailing us. For a fast response please include "GDPR Information Deletion Request" in the subject line, and be sure to include your full name and the name of the project you did with us and we will delete your contact information Your information will then be deleted 24-48hrs after your request, not including Public holidays or weekends. Some times due to staff shortage or illness or other circumstances beyond our control this may take slightly longer. We aim to respond to all requests with in a maximum of 5 days.
